  Wait time is ridiculous. Staff keeps saying appointments first, however when I called to make one, was disconnected after waiting on hold for 15min and not being able to get through to speak to someone. Waste of time.

  I wish I could give zero stars. This place is filled with incompetent workers, understaffed, and does not send out results when you need them. This place is genuinely the worst.

  Very friendly staff. I have been going here since they first opened the mri. They are always helpful an go above most places to answer any questions, and get you any report or cd you might need.

  My daughter almost faint, they put a needle in the wrong place hitting the bone, don't go there, I wish I can give them minus stars and that would be -10.

  The only reason they are getting 1 Star is because the woman who finally helped me was clearly the only one in the whole facility working hard. I’d love to address the gross inefficiencies this office has, wait time to DROP OFF specimen took over 30 minutes. While I can understand staffing concerns, I have no tolerance for attitudes and being ignored. Plain and simple- if you don’t like working there and are incapable of the multitasking which this position requires, then you shouldn’t be there commiserating everyone around you with your abysmal mood, especially when all the patients have been waiting for you.
