::Only one employee in the office. I had an appointment and confirmation. After an hour of waiting I was told I did not have an appointment. The unfriendly demeanour of the staff member and the extreme lack of parking are two major factors in why I will NOT be visiting this location again.

::As I have to be at work at 7, as I'm sure most others do, I arrived in plenty of time to make sure I was on line first (5:40 to be exact). When the doors open at 6, a man who arrived at 5:57, who signed in and arrived fourth on line, was seen by the lab technician. She smiled at him, and told him to go in first. Her name was Tyshanay, and when I asked her why he was allowed to go first when he didn't have an appointment either, she just said she needed to take him first. This is not how you do business. I understand this gentleman may have required routine treatment, as I do as well, but you cannot play favorites in a business establishment. I also will be calling Quest to complain about this phlebotomist's actions. As I require blood drawn every two months, I have been to many quests to get labs drawn and this has never happened. I was late to work and I'm certain that Tyshanay is not paying me back for the pay I was docked. Choose any other quest if it is possible. I regret that I had to write this review, but it is business ethics that should be remedied.
