::I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and I've now been waiting 30 minutes, and they haven't even checked the sign in sheet. Update: someone finally came out and I let him know I had an appointment half an hour ago. He got me through the process relatively quickly and did a great job drawing blood, no complaints there. If you're fine waiting a while this place is OK.

::The wait here is just too long. I waited 1 and half hours to be seen. It's under staff with only 2 persons. The woman can barely explain instruction to me in English but gave me some of manual instructions to read back at home. I should have gone to fifth floor lab.
