  I like new computerized sign in.. however it doesn't help the customers who are not tablet/computer friendly. I spent twenty minutes there only to find out that I'm need to go to another lab... so it's not customer friendly

  Amazing improvements! During my visit in March 2017 the staff were friendly and professional, the patients greeted each other when anyone entered the waiting room, and the office even has an automated system that gives patients an accurate minute-by-minute wait time. Very impressive. I was a walk-in with several people before me and nonetheless it was a seamless process.

  Went here to do a drug test and for 2 months been wondering why I didn't start working yet.... They lost my specimen. Unbelievable! The worst. Never again!
