  they were rude and when it came to my appointment time they said that the system is offline. Worst People Ever Working Here !!!! They are rude and they take too long.

  You can imagine the quality of their service when you call them and nobody pick up the phone and you hear that the mailbox is full......

  It's a nice lab conveniently located in Midwood area. I went there for a lab work. It was a quick visit.👍 The staff members are very polite& friendly. I highly recommend.

  My experience has been great with each technician. However the clients need to learn how to cover their mouths when they cough or sneeze. I recommend that signs should be put up to remind people that germ can kill! I am a kidney transplant client and I ended up in hospital for a week due to another person sneezed, that spread his germs in the waiting room.

  I've been here twice now, both times with appointments. The first time I was helped immediately by a lovely woman who made me feel extremely taken care of through my test. The second time I arrived on time for my appointment only to wait 30 minutes to see someone... These guys are inconsistent.
