  Awful staff. Every time I have gone do this library in the past the staff and librarians have welcomed we with attitude and refuse to help.

  Racist staff, that's a definite. Everytime I go they are always giving me the worst customer service. It's like do they pay you to be rude to people of my color? Has to be racial thing. Not appropriate at all. Never feel comfortable going here. Don't go to this location unless you live around.

  Imagine! There is not one bookstore in Woodhaven, an indication certainly of the low regard that the locals have for the rewards of reading. As for our library, a quick glance at the stacks shows a clear preference for trash. Naturally, someone with a specific book in mind can order it from some other branch. There is a downstairs multipurpose room sadly unused for worthwhile lectures, screenings of films. The librarians range from those brilliant to the seemingly decerebrate.

  The children program is great. We have been going for over two years now. Liberian Ken is awesome. Love his guitar singing! Overall a great queens library for the whole community. I drive 20 minutes to come to this branch!
