  I'm on my third session for my whole face and my results have been amazing. The place is not big but it has everything it needs, everyone is very organized so the size will not affect you. I have a hormonal issue the only way to help it is with laser, this is the second place I try and I'm very happy I did. Here they accomodate me, I feel comfortable evrything is explained and my results have been great. On my third session, my hair fell off right at the location, it was nothing near like my first time. I love Queens Laser...also ask for threading of the eyebrows, I'm going on r5 days no hair...

  I did laser on my face and I am very happy with the treatment. I should've done it a long time ago. I used to thread and wax every few weeks but after 4 laser face treatments I see a tremendous improvement in my hair growth. My hair is thinner and a lot less. I recommend laser to anyone who has thick and black hair.. it works. The staff here is nice and they do a great job.

  I bought a Groupon (3, actually) to use here. I've been going to the Elmhurst location. Warning: the place is NOT a spa, it's just a tiny reception/waiting area & an even smaller treatment room. It is SMALL, but it doesn't mean it's not good. I love my technician (I think her name is Maria). She's very nice & informative & always answers my questions. When the laser hurts, she'll stop & ice it (if you need it), & then continue. I've seen awesome results on my underarm after 1 treatment. She makes sure the power level is a good level for you to see results. I've gone 4x for my underarms, which means I haven't shaved for over 24 weeks! I'm also doing my bikini line which takes longer to see results but I am happy thus far w/ the 3 treatments I've had. Remember, this is NOT a spa, it is a small family owned/run place, but it is very effective. I love my results.
