::Talk about quality! Quatrine is the most comfortable furniture I've ever sat on. With the option of ordering new washable slipcovers, and additional inserts, I will never purchase from a big box store again.

::I had a great experience with the staff here. They were fantastic in helping me choose my fabric. I ordered new slipcovers and cushions. Liz came by my house personally to make sure the measurements were perfect. I love the Quatrine products. Fantastic experience! Thank you!

::Went to the Houston Highland Village store on 4/2/14 looking for a new sofa for my den. I spoke with Jennifer and was quoted a price in writing of $2305 (50% off the ticketed price of a floor model). Liz, her supervisor, was there and reviewed the quote. I decided to purchase the sofa and order an ottoman. I get the invoice from them via email and the sofa is $728.00 more than the written price I was quoted. No explanation given in the email. I call to inquire about the price difference and I'm told by Liz it was a mistake. I told her it was a written quote and I expected them to honor it. I was told by Liz that she spoke to Monica, the corporate manager in California, and her immediate boss Giavanna, in Houston, and that they could not honor the price. They did offer give me an addition 10% discount on the ottoman but I don't want to do business with a company that doesn't stand by their price quotes and is so unethical that they don't communicate with the customer about a $728.00 price mistake they made. Wow! I won't be doing business with this company.

::Potential customers would benefit reading about my experience. I purchased a large sectional with custom slip covers about 6 years ago. The construction is beautiful, and I love the ultrasuede fabric, which has worn beautifully and laundered perfectly, even red wine spills. Unfortunately, I chose their least expensive cushion fill, foam, which felt great in the showroom. After 6 years, the cushions are breaking down and provide poor, uncomfortable support, so I have ordered all replacement cushions (down core this time). My complaint? Quatrine cannot or will not take the old cushions, so I have to dispose (somehow) of a massive amount of used foam. Seems to me they would have an easier time managing that as part of their customer service, and at their price point, I think they should.
