  I think they should have a local number for customer's to be able to call if they have a issue.

  I applied for a used motorcycle loan from Qualtrust. I couldn't be happier. The entire process was quick, easy, and all done on my phone. Gayla (the loan officer) was a pleasure to work with and I felt like she worked hard to earn my business. I should also note, i choose Qualtrust on the reviews and the fact they aren't afraid to post their rates online. I did receive their posted rate on my loan, that was the best rate I was able to find. I'll definite use them again.
