  There dryers are all broken and the staff refuse to fix them, they either don't understand or don't care. The machines are way too hot, even on the lowest setting (which should have been almost air dry with barely any heat) I melted some synthetic clothes, another time on a medium (perm press) setting, my clothes came out so hot I burned myself touching them (the fabric, not metal!). The machines have been like this for a few weeks and I've pointed it out several times, if anything it's gotten worse (maybe they misunderstood and turned the heat up?) Machines are often broken in a variety of ways, and yeah there are too few dryers which are often hogged by one person using half of the machines.. The staff are nice and friendly at least, but I wish they would fix their machines, and enforce their rules of not letting people hog all the machines . It would probably help if someone there spoke english..

  Pretty outdated everything here. There are too many washers versus the amount of dryers and more often than not, they are all being used by the in-house staff for customers' laundry.

  Typical laundromat but prices for the machines seem about 50 cents too high.

  Worst laundry place I've ever been to. The staff takes up most of the washers and dryers to wash people's dropoff orders, the machines usually don't even work, the staff doesn't speak English, the place is falling apart. The only reason I come here is because I don't have another option.

  I'll never know how good they are. They are closed on Wednesday. Not lots of laundry places in Windsor Terrace. Quite a walk with heavy laundry bag for them to be closed on a weekday.
