  I wish I could give no stars! Where do I begin other than biggest mistake of this lifetime. These cars are anything other than Quality!!! I should have known that the place was sketchy when I walked in. Dick is truly as his name states. He wears the face of an untrustworthy salesmen. I purchased a 2004 Saturn Vue from the dealership in November of 2015. I could tell he was covering up issues the entire time with the car. The door was obviously repaired by a neighborhood mechanic who wanted to patch it up. I later learned that the window could not be rolled all the way down without getting stuck and now the inside of the door has completely come apart! The car did not have he hinge in the back to hold up the tailgate door. Which he knew because when my uncle and I went to check out the trunk he held it up and was going to charge me to replace it. Here's the best part! Dick sold me a warranty with AUL. The warranty was suppose to cover the car should anything happen to it. I got in an accident before I even had a state license plate! The brakes completely locked up and the car spun out of control! I hit guardrail and nearly went over. Both airbags deployed. I was able to drive the car home and it was checked out by a mechanic. Now for the warranty! I called the shop to let them know what happened and mentioned that I would bring it by for them to look at. They agreed. I happened to check the mail and opened a letter from AUL saying that they do not cover warranties with this dealer and that they haven't for a few years due to bad business. I guess too many bad cars. I do not recommend anyone purchase anything from Quality Used Cars. They should be out of business. I know that it is a part of what they do to be sneaky and steal money but it should never be at the cost of someone's life! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and possibly suing for pain and suffering, lost time from work and the mental stress! My first car was purchase from a neighborhood mechanic shop for less than $2000 it was no where near perfect but lasted 3 years. I purchased a $4000 car that should have costed far less than $3000 from a supposedly reputable used car lot and this is the story I get to tell!!
