  You are only getting a one star because I am forced to put one to write this. YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AND PREDATORS!! TOW PEOPLE'S CARS THAT CLEARLY HAVE A HANDICAP STICKER VISIBLE! ALSO IT BE NICE TO NOTIFY THE COMPLEX OF THE TOWING INSTEAD OF MAKING US THINK THE CAR GOT STOLEN!!!! THANKS FOR TAKING HARD EARNED BILL MONEY SO YOU CAN MEET YOUR DAMN QUOTA!! YOU WERE RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL! ALSO, NOW THE CAR IS MAKING WEIRD SOUNDS WHICH WAS NOT HAPPENING TILL YOU TOWED IT!! THIS WILL NOT BE THE END OF HEARING FROM US BECAUSE I AM CONTACTING A LAWYER AND THE NEWS!!! HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF POOR AND HANDICAP PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! Also be warned people they charge an extra 50$ for being there at night time! Another way to screw people!!

  Terrible service! Takes cars from apartment complex without leaving any information about what happened to the car. Went to check with the management office and they said they did not receive any information about car being towed even though towing company is supposed to report when they take cars from property when it comes to parking issues.

  This place sucks, and the lady was very rude to my sister, and her roommate. On the phone and in person. I wouldn't recommend this crappy place to anyone i know, that's why I'm only giving them one star. Even though they don't deserve that one and only star.

  Bridgette was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. You rarely see that kind of customer service anywhere!!

  Got my truck stuck at Lake Meade, Roger got there quick and had my truck out of the mud fast and was more than professional!! Tammy the dispatcher was great to deal with and got a truck on its way before we even hung the phone up and Jane was understanding and patient when my card wasn't working. Would recommend them to anyone in need, especially if your stuck at the lake!!
