  Very good job, about 50% cheaper than others. All you have to have is paciency because they have a lot work . so they may show up late. But is worth the wait.

  These people wont miss a beat when you have cash in hand to pay for your repair. But I had a few issues. We called to have them check out the windshield they replaced my old one with (did not install it properly) and they told us that they would stop by at 3:30 pm. 4:30 rolls around and no one showed up. I called and no response. I left a voicemail - NO RESPONSE - I texted - NO RESPONSE - I called and called - NO RESPONSE - at 7:30 PM I did some googling and found their pages... I found another number that I called and there i spoke with a lady who told me she was very sorry and that someone would show up TOMORROW to fix the issue. I texted her my address and asked what time would they arrive? NO RESPONSE - I CALL, NO RESPONSE - I TEXT AND GUESS WHAT no response. I called the other number and the man finally answered and said he would stop by today by 3:30. I will follow up with whether or not they showed up. My recommendation? Look elsewhere. FOLLOW UP - THEY denied servicing me due to the complaints i posted on FB google. Look out! there are 2 other entities connected to this group. Nosotros nos hablamos para chequer el trabajo de el muchacho que vino hacer el cambio. Nos dijieron que van a llegar a las 3:30 PM. Las 4:30 PM y todavia no llegan, hable el telefono que estuvimos communicando del principio y no contestaron. Mande un mesaje de texto, y no respndieron. Hable y mande mensaje siguientemente for 2 horas, David me respondio y dijo que estaba ocupado y que va llegar mas tarde.... Le pregunte a que hora y no me respondio. Al fin, llege a mi casa a las 8 de la noche y nadie llego. Le hable y ignoro mi llamada. le mande mensaje de texto, y no llamada. Yo no se que tipo de servicio esta gente hace con sus clientes. Me imagino que no faltan ningun paso cuando tienes el dinero para pagarlos. ME ENOJE PORQUE NO COMMUNICAN CON SUS CLIENTES. lo unico que ellos tienen que hacer es MANDAR UN MESAJE. SIMPLEMENTE, Y SER PUNCTUAL CON LAS CITAS DE CLIENTES. Tengo problemas con el trabajo tambien, pero lo me dijieron mis padres, era culpa del muchacho, que ya no trabaja ayi. La razon que le hable esta viex es porque Toyota, me dijo que el trabajo fue incorrecto. En mi opinion, con el tratamiento de los clientes, la compania es un FRAUDE. Y voy hacer un Consumer Report con la cuidad de Fort Worth. POR QUALQUIER MANERA, NO USAR ESTA COMPANIA. SON MENTIROSOS.
