  Overall better than average Quality Inn. Good points : Very clean and tastefully furnished rooms. : Staff was very polite and helpful : Quiet breakfast room (No TV) Bad points : No tea or water in breakfast room : Staff was not masked despite conspicuously placed signs saying it was required : WiFi, while usable, was slow

  I don't know what all the fuss is about as this is a 2 star hotel with affordable rates and complimentary breakfast. The staff is great, especially Jesse at the front desk. She is very kind, courteous and helpful. If you are in the Stratford, CT area and are in need of an affordable hotel, this is the place to go.

  We stayed at this hotel for 130.00 per night and the room we were given was horrible. The bed was totally uncomfortable. Mattress had a sunk in hole in it. I tried to go on the sofa instead and it was just as bad. Hotel & Rooms needs updating. Management states they are aware the mattresses needs changing. If that be the case they should not be charging customers 130.00 plus per night. 30.00 per night sounds more like it. This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I Do not recommend this hotel until it's renovated. It is a Hard NO for me 👎👎

  Very nice place I was a little apprehensive at first as I used to live in the area and it used to be a welfare motel. The new owners have definitely turned it around,the room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and they had a wonderful breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area

  This is definitely not a hotel I would typically go for since I like to do 3 stars and up however when I saw decent review and only 1 night I decided to do it. Now let me start by saying the price is way too much for this hotel and no justification. Yes they have a nice free buffet but no pool, no gym, not hot tub or play lounge. The rooms are ok and definitely need upgraded, along with ventilation in the bathrooms. The reason they get 3 stars and NOT 2 is because their customer service is excellent ! I had an issue with my card key upon arrival and manager was quick to come up and help me, there was an issue with the tub drain and within minutes handyman came to fix it! It is located in a desirable location close to everything and highway is right there . Not a terrible hotel at all but pricing need to match.
