::This place was thee absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I can’t understand how they even have 3 stars…Smoked-filled rooms when it is supposed to be non smoking, and filthy carpets like they haven’t vacuumed the hallways or rooms for years. They obviously do not make repairs in any of their rooms, I had tape on my toilet seat! TAPE!! The walls and light switches were dirty, and their customer service was under par. Horrible breakfast options and it smelled everywhere I went. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do NOT stay here!

::The hotel stairwell smelled like cigarettes but what hotel doesn't, really?. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and upon inspection the mattress appeared new. (No bedbugs, yay!) The pool looked dirty until the day of checkout. The location was not scary to me at all, there is a technical school right nearby. There were ho.eless on the corners, but that is all over Memphis.

::While the staff here is very nice, the building and rooms are kind of odd. The inside of the building itself had a musty smell. In the room, it was pretty dirty, especially in the bathroom. It seemed like somebody ran a dirty mop through the bathroom. I had to work from there briefly in the morning, but the internet was completely awful and the desk in the room was really just an old square table that was falling apart. Plus, the location of the building was odd, with strange people walking around, so it didn't feel comforting. I will not be staying here again.

::It is an older place so it is not luxurious so don't expect that but it was comfortable and clean. It was quiet. They did serve free breakfast. I am female and traveled alone and felt safe. Now the bad. I was there for 3 days and my TV never worked even though I told 4 different employees. On my check out day I came down stairs and there were towels lining the hallway floor but no staff was around if they were stopping a leak.

::Overall not a bad hotel, decent room with a good breakfast. The orange juice was the best I've had for some reason. The only problem is that their were kids at the pool late at night after it closed and it was a little hard to sleep, but it wasn't a terrible problem.
