::Rooms smell like smoke even in non smoking section, holes in the walls in room and hall, in need of update. Ok breakfast. Not worth the price.

::This hotel is the opposite of quality. Initially when we got to our room the toilet didn't work and the room was dirty. We asked to be moved to a new room and we were rudely asked if we knew how to flush a toilet. The second room wasn't much better. The bathroom was very dirty, with stains on the walls and floors. The toilet paper is see through its so thin. Power wires were hanging out of the light fixture above the mirror. I'm surprised the faucet in the bathroom didn't fall apart as it was barely connected. It seems like they are trying to just keep the hotel going rather than taking the time to fix things properly. This is also the first hotel that I've stayed at that didn't provide a receipt. I would have left but we made a reservation in advance and they don't allow cancelations. I now know why they have a no cancelation policy.

::our room was clean. the breakfast was good. nothing extraordinary stood out. the staff was nice but the guy working out when we arrived to check in didn't have a clue.

::I used to stay here around 8 nights a year. NEVER AGAIN!. After staying for 2 nights and shopping I had quite a bit to get out of this room upon checkout . Unfortunately due to no alarm and me not hearing my phone alarm I over slept by 30 mins. The front desk called every 5 mins and someone was at the door ever 2 minutes even after I explained the late wake up and trying to pack my stuff up . A lady came to the door as I was about to start making trips to my car and started yelling at me rudely . Saying I had said that 4 times . I advised her I had 2 more trips and she once again started to tell rudely. I will never ever stay here again . Nor would I recommend anyone deal with their harrassement $400 for 2 nights and this is how I was treated. Little hard to pack and take things to the car when your busy opening the door and answer calls every other 2 minutes!!!!! Dude was rude upon check in ...I should've left than !!!
