  This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The staff was amazing! Lost a very expensive water bottle, I mentally wrote it off. Only to find out that Kayla the young lady managing the front desk found it and actually washed it! Hotel owners need to always remember your staff will make or break your business. Kayla was very accommodating, with new key card requests and numerous what's the wifi password calls from my twin teenagers. Their breakfast was really good and there was a variety plus fresh fruit.

  A man from my company stayed here and came home with bedbug bites all over him. We will not be using this hotel again. Fumigate your building please!! This doesn't seem to be a one-time issue based on other reviews.

  Good customer service, they do the best they can with what they have to work with. Room are spacious, exercise room pretty, breakfast pretty good.

  staff that care, very nice general areas and rooms. a garden area as well to unwind in. comfortable and all around pleasant! definitely will stay here next time i am in town

  Of the 3 two star hotels in the immediate area, all are rated 3.7 stars avg., on Google Maps. But reading the reviews on same, The other two had recent mentions of bedbugs & inadequate cleanliness. Recent reviews of this hotel were stellar. This was a Sunday night in the beginning of a week vacation with my brother. When we went in to get a room, the lobby was immaculately clean, the staff was welcoming, friendly, professional & accommodating. We immediately felt we made the right choice. Our room, though a little small was immaculately clean, had a fresh smell, and was appropriately appointed. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept in, in a long time during traveling. How they have an equal 3.7 rating avg. on Google Maps, I'll never figure. I would give them six stars if I could. They should have a 4.5 avg. at least. If ever in the Raleigh area again, would definitely stay there again. We spent the rest of the week in the Myrtle Beach area in a dirty, disappointing chain hotel that should have been like this one, which charged the same.
