  Room was good, bathroom needs attention, breakfast was good and maybe above average with biscuits and gravy. But the attention to details like coffee running out and no one was in a hurry to empty the trash (had to pile it on top) makes it not our best visit.

  No sirve la lavandería, te dicen que puedes usarla y al final no sirve, admiten a cualquier tipo de personas que vienen es a perturbar la paz y el sueño de los demás. El personal de limpieza y mantenimiento muy atento muy eficiente, las felicito! Sobre todo la señora Lorena.

  Its a good place for truck drivers...Truck parking in back.Gets muddy when it rains...Next door to truck stop...People who work here are good people and very helpful...I was at Quality this past weekend..Easter weekend...Erica was on phone with potential guest...Her voice was very pleasant...Although she was on the phone..she assurred me that she would bw with me in just a moment with a smile..She took her time with the person on the phone that she was assisting..Making sure that the potential guest questions were answered efficently...She constantly had a smile on her face...I was very happy to see someone care about their job as much as she did...Thank you Erica...

  This was a terrible place to stay. I came to watch a tournament with my family, and the sheets were ripped up, there was a vending machine that did not work, there was no where to get water, there was however black stuff floating around in the orange juice and water down at the breakfast place, there was no WiFi, and half the appliances in our room didn't work. This isn't even a hotel, but a cheap, tiny motel. Great work! I say sarcastically. The service was terrible and they were lazy, too. There was a room where there was nothing in the hall, and it had water dripping from the ceiling while the wallpaper was all ripped up too! We needed new sheets, and waited a whole 45 minutes for them. Yeah.

  I stayed here for three nights. The customer service at the desk was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room wasn't especially nice, but it got the job done. It is in an industrial part of town, so there is noise from the many semi trucks driving around. Overall, very worth the price.
