::O quarto é muito confortável, é bem arrumado e tem uma qualidade boa de serviços. O grande ponto favorável é que o hotel fica num ponto do bairro onde o silêncio importa durante a noite. Poderia ter mais variedade no café da manhã.

::Breakfast was pretty simple, nothing hot really but enough to hold you over until you can get heavier food. Rooms were clean, a little cramped, but the water was hot when I needed hot and cold when I needed cold. Parking is VERY limited, but if you can get a spot behind the building off on 53rd, you're all set once you let the front desk know. There was someone at the front desk all hours I was there. We got fresh towels pretty quick from housekeeping and they were accommodating - they were able to refill toiletries pretty quickly. Staff is pretty nice. Would recommend and would consider staying again.

::The quality of this quality in was very poor. It was not clean and I would never recommend anyone stay there. We booked a last minute reservation due to a bad snow storm instead of driving the 3 hours home. When we got in the room and tried to get settled for the night we noticed a number of things weren't right. There were spots and stains on the sheets like no one had washed or changed them. There was trash and gum stuck to the window sill. Hair clumps in the bathtub. A stain on the wall that looked like it could have been blood. Strange white spots on the chair. And even some little glass bottles (probably had drugs in it at one point) sitting on the top ledge of the mirror. We didn't leave immediately though, we had a 9 month old baby with us and we really didn't want to drive home in the slippery ice and snow. We figured if we could just get clean sheets put on the bed we would put up with every thing else for one night. When we called the front desk, they said they would send up house keeping. 15-20 minutes later a man, came with one set of sheets. We showed him the stains on the bed sheets and asked him to change both beds. I'm not sure if there was a language barrier or if he just didn't care but he told us "the sheets are washable". We tried to explain that it didn't seem like they had been washed and showed him the spots again. After about ten minutes of going back and forth he grudgingly started to change one of the beds. Once he put the sheet on he got ready to leave and we asked if he was going to change the other bed and he replied that he "wasn't housekeeping", not sure what that had to do with changing the other bed but I guess he didn't think it needed changing. He left, and we thought he would come back with another sheet but after another 20 minutes we called down to the desk again to ask if he was coming back. Ultimately, I could go on and on about everything that happened, but we ended up not staying the night there. We went back to the front desk and got a refund before doing home through the left over snow. The guy that gave us the refund, I guess he was the manager or something, but he didn't really seem to care about our concerns. I'm just glad we made it home safely in the snow.
