  Nice clean place. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Only thing the pool water was murky. Maybe haven't gotten a chance to clean it because it was Memorial Day weekend and probably a lot of people used it so I'm not going to hold it against them. I just didn't feel comfortable getting in. They have truck and RV parking on the side street. They have Cracker Barrel restaurant next door and a McDonald's across the street. Nice little quiet area with a bunch of other hotels. I would come back to stay here

  This was a very clean facility, staff very friendly and close to the interstate with access to several stores and food joints. We will be back to this hotel in our next trips. Thank you

  The room was well above what I expected and very nice. The bed however was extremely hard and the pillows were too soft, personal preference but it is what it is. The front desk help was very courteous and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was great

  Car with out of state plates was stolen from the parking lot the previous night. Instead of informing us themselves a guess told us on the elevator. Then they proceeded to say that she was making things up because in the security camera her truck was there one minute and gone the next and no one could steal a truck that fast. Never once did they try to make us feel better and even inform us they were being more vigilant or security was better but instead made us feel ridiculous about not feeling comfortable leaving our vehicle with out of state plates out front. They refused to refund both nights and instead kept the charge for one of the nights even though we did not stay in the room for more than a few seconds and the reservation was made the previous night. First review I have written on anything in my entire life and I felt strongly enough to write this out so other people do not get stuck in our situation.
