  Great customer service! Johnny P. Ornelas installed two rear speakers in my car in 2015. They have worked well ever since, but the car reached the end of it's life. I decided to install them into my other vehicle (a 1966 Volvo). However, now the speakers will go in the door and needed a protective cover. I went back to see if they had anything available. Johnny explained that covers aren't made for this size speaker, but then spent a few minutes looking around and found two slightly larger covers that will work perfectly. Payment was refused. Great service. Thank you!

  Came in for an alarm installation quote. I'll start off by saying that I am glad I stopped in this location as the location on Chambers doesn't deserve to even be open. But this location, great service, fairly knowledgeable and was interested in what I needed done. I haven't bought anything yet as I'm still gathering quotes but rest assured, high on the list. Thanks guys.

  I recommend this group of professionals to anyone considering upgrading or improving the technology in their car. First time at Quality Auto Sound though I've passed the place a 1000 times. Got a back-up camera for my Solara. Daniel, Charlie, and Lex could not have been kinder. Showed extreme patience in explaining to a novice a variety of systems from back-up cameras to security systems. Extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of their business and all things car. Even helped me with a problem which was not part of their responsibility. Go here with your questions and I'm sure they'll help.

  This place supposedly has "quality installation ". After I got my speakers and amp installed it stopped working. We find out that it's because the wire that supplies the amp with power was no longer connected. The owner was very rude when I called about this issue even though I had paid for the extended warranty on the installation. They put it back in. Next day fell out again, I kept hearing popping cracking noise from my trunk, I didn't want to deal with the rude owner I take it over to my other audio guys they say the wires are too big for my amp and they notice that the power cables are tied together and touching!! A deadly fire hazard my car could've caught on fire. So I seriously advise to not install here.******* Response to quality auto sound. You weren't that nice to me when I talked to you the owner on the phone. You should've fixed it when I took it again . Or better yet, get it right the first time. Not calling you guys ever again and I'll cut my losses on that paid install warranty thanks.
