  I visited that location yesterday and all I have to say is wow! The older lady wasn't friendly at all!! I watched her treat all of the younger customers very rude. You should treat everyone the same I won't be returning

  RUDE! Went for a quick gel manicure. I watched as every tech in the shop shook their head, blatantly refusing me service. Then they told me they were closed, with their "OPEN" sign still on, guests were receiving pedicures and there were available techs, including the one at the counter. They were not scheduled to close for another 35 minutes. My friend had the same experience the day before where they literally told her to go home. We're visiting from out of town and are disgusted by the lack of professionalism and general customer service.

  I normally have good experiences here but the last few times I've been here and have been waited on by the young girl with short hair I've felt very rushed. Not sure if I'll be back

  Debbie and Q are both fantastic nail technicians. They are both quick but I would recommend making an appointment because they stay packed! But even if you don't make an appointment, they are definitely worth the wait! I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done!

  Me & my daughter enjoyed having our nails done here while on our vacation.. both our nail techs were very friendly.. awesome salon 😉
