  Ordered a mini bowl, was served and billed for a regular bowl. Food was decent. New staff was being trained with my order.

  I’ve visited this location a few times as it is on my way home from work. The food is good. There isn’t a question about that. The service however isn’t good. I’ve refrained from writing a review in hopes the bad service I’d experience in the past was a 1 or 2 or may 3 time thing. It’s each time I visit this location, the service was not good. I’m never greeted. A simple, “Hi may I help you?” Is all I’m asking for. Common sense courteous customer service. A smile as if you’re happy to be there would be nice. And after I pay for my food and I say thank you, can the staff be trained to say, “You’re welcome! Have a nice day !” Thank you for choosing Qdoba! Anything but just stare at me. The staff just stare at you instead of asking how they can help and stare after you thank them for you. It’s the same all of the time. Almost like they don’t know how to speak. I’ve refrained from doing this review but service is bad. I always think twice before stopping here because of the bad service. Please train your staff on good ole fashion common courteous customer service. I never get any napkins or eating utensils. That should be common also when someone is ordering a Taco Salad. Please step it up guys. Training, training and more training. Thanks in advance.

  Very bad experience with my roommate. A hair was found in her food and whenever we politely informed an employee the girl was disgusted but did not say sorry or apologize at all, and instead just got the shift manager. He has been described in other reviews, which very clearly describe his attitude and what he is like. He asked if we had a receipt, which we did not get because we did not expect there to be a hair in our food, and so he shrugged his shoulders and said nothing could be done. Awful customer service and will not be coming back to this location. Definitely suggest going elsewhere. This situation could have been dealt with in a different manner and all could have been well.

  Normally I have never had a problem with this place until today! The manager was rude when I called to inform him that my order was wrong and said that I was basically lying. He also said that the person that came to get my order messed up the order, and I informed the manager that I was on the phone and heard everything. The manager said I can't do anything for you! The manager did not have a good attitude from the start of the phone call until the end. Will not be going back to this location!!!
