  Got a burrito bowl here the flavor was good but steak was extremely dry.

  First of all the only reason I stopped there to eat was because they had sent me a coupon to my house. The picture looked appetizing so I decided to try it. The server was rude, the Spanish girl for no reason. She looked very unhappy at her job. All I asked was for the three cheese appetizer which is discribed as the three cheese right above her head on the menu and she just kept saying mild or hot. Anyways the shrimp burrito was not as good as I thought it would be. My boyfriend got the steak burrito and the meat tasted like a lower grade meat. Not the chipotle steak we are used to. Never again. I feel if it’s a place that just opened they should focus on hiring people who will be welcoming and inviting. Not rude teenagers. I feel like they will not last. Your better off walking to el balón. It a little pricier but beats dealing with rude servers and low grade food.

  Horrible service . Only had one person in the front and by the time I ate my food that was made for me it was cold . It did taste food .

  Came in with a party of 14 for my brother's birthday. Mix of ages--2 middle-aged couples, 3 young adults, and teenagers. Dropped almost $200. And immediately as we finished, the female crew member with the long brown braids and sagged-out pants who (as I observed) was working in the back came up and asked us--with pure and unadulterated attitude--"so are you gonna clean that up?" She then stood at the table and *watched* us to make sure we in fact were, with a stank look bordering into a sneer on her face. After we cleaned up nicely, she wished us a good day with an extra helping of attitude. Now, we know this is a self-serve place. We would have certainly cleaned up with or without her scrutiny. But see above--large party, large bill, and out of all the other eateries in that mall we chose Qdoba. Didnt think disrespect and being spoken to like we were a bunch of hoodlums was going to be part of the service.

  Worst place ever to go with family. Manager Has no respect for customer and offer no apologies for serving expired milk with Kids Meal...! As a parent I do check expiration date before feeding anything to my daughter but do they have any policy of handling customer complain or these kind of situation...? Every other customer addressed as sir/ma'am except my family just because we took some extra time to order food. We didn't even complain for serving expired milk... I asked for an exchange...! Manager offered no regrets or an apology. Attitude... Attitude... Attitude... Manager should learn from her staff as they showed more professionalism...!
