::UPDATE 05/19/2018: They have still never refunded my money and no one from this place has even tried to reach out to me. Stay away from here! I see they removed my other negative review so here's another. They never used to have people stationed at the pay booths. Now they have them there to pressure you to buy their "fast pass" which is a monthly pass to as many car washes as you want. I always said no when asked because I always felt it was a scam that they had someone standing there to put your card in the machine when we always did it ourselves. A month ago, I decided to try to. That's all I thought I was doing, was trying it. No one told me that there would be ongoing and recurring charges each month. I found an unauthorized charge by them in my bank account yesterday. It was pending and could have been stopped by them. I even went up there in person to ask for my $25 back or have them stop the charges. THEY DID NEITHER. The charge went through and I wasn't refunded for the month that I won't be using. They need to tell a person at the outset that there will be recurring changes. I' a 40-year retired paralegal and this is Deceptive Trade Practices!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE. There is a really great car wash right down the street.

::Long story short: WARNING!! Drive away from Q Speedwash as fast as you can!! You better hope your vehicle is not damaged because they WILL do everything in their power to deny culpability and not pay for the damage, even though the company has the insurance and money to do so. What should have been a normal trip through the car wash has turned into a nightmare lasting more than a MONTH due to their moral squalor and ineptitude. My driver’s side mirror was snapped off while going through their car wash. They absolutely will do ANYTHING they can to get out of paying for damage caused by THEIR car wash. It has become quite clear that they have no intention of helping their paying customers or making things right. I should have read the reviews about the management before going to this car wash because they are absolutely true. The managers are morally bankrupt, inept, condescending, and have no inkling of what customer service is or have any desire at all to make things right when things go horribly wrong. I work at a hospital where I HELP people and IMPROVE their lives every day. They have the exact opposite intentions. They want to make life more difficult and screw people over at the victim’s expense. They don’t care one iota about their customers. I am thoroughly disgusted and outraged from this treatment and their unwillingness to correct damage caused by their car wash. What I wish for them is that they work at a car wash for the rest of their pathetic lives. This HAS to be bad because I’m not the type of person that would wish something negative on anyone. Long story: I took my Yukon in to be cleaned at this car wash on 4.7.18. My side mirrors were intact and fine when I entered the car wash. Both of them were even checked by the car wash attendant prior to entering into the car wash. During the wash the car wash caused the driver's side mirror to break off. I told the car wash attendant that the carwash had broken my mirror and drove around to the vacuum area and showed damaged mirror assembly to the manager. The mirror was completely broken off and was hanging from the wiring. The manager took pictures and took a copy of my insurance card and driver's license. He informed me that the insurance company and GMC would contact me in 5-7 business days to replace the mirror. No one ever called me within that time frame. I called back on 4.17.18 and spoke with the general manager: Kevin Kowaski. He refused to give me the carwash insurance information and said the mirror broke from prior damage. That mirror has never been damaged! It was damaged in the car wash and I have a video that I took because it was my daughter's first time in a car wash. It shows that the mirror was intact when we went in to the carwash and was snapped off and hanging from the wires when we came out. Kevin was very condescending and rude and it was clear that he had no sense of customer service or any intention of helping me obtain resolution to this damage to my vehicle. After many times of not being able to get through because it always goes to voicemail, I was able to talk to Michael, another manager, but it was the exact same treatment of not being willing to have their insurance cover the damage that was caused by their car wash. I have an agent from my insurance attempting to contact them, but they don't answer them either. The estimate to replace the broken mirror is $284.74. I have been driving around with a taped on mirror for MORE THAN A MONTH because I have not been able to get this resolved with the car wash due to their inept managers!!! I don’t believe they ever filed a claim with their insurance, they just made it seem like they did. It has become abundantly clear that they are not doing or have any intention of doing what they morally need to to be able to repair the damage that was caused by their car wash!

::One employee there is rude and does not care. Car is never clean on the back and the brush they use on the back scratches the paint. There are always blowers out and they have raised their prices. Cancelled membership.

::Their recent price increase is disappointing. Now their lowest priced wash is $5 up from $3. Their competition car wash around the corner, is still $3. Their monthly wash passes went up as well. $18 to $20 for their cheapest pass or $29.99 for the top end wash. Brite Zone car wash in Fort Worth-$29.99 a month for inside & outside. Quick N Clean car wash in Fort Worth-Starts at $10 a month, outside only wash. Two washes at Q-Speed, and you just paid for an unlimited pass at Quick N Clean! Do your research. I hate seeing companies get greedy.

::Have a Sienna van, didn't get the back clean at all!! Missed the license plate completely. The bumper where the tail gate closes was missed. The tail lights had streaks.
