  Had several procedures done by him in the past, he was great WAS. The last root canal he did he put it in crooked and he also filed it down so far that it left a permanent cavity in the metal of the crown! A year ago It fell out once I called and then said absolutely come on in we’ll see you to glue it back on for you. And I went to see him not only did the staff tell me I couldn’t make a payment plan because I had 500 dollars of back payments(called the debt company they said I only had 10 dollars to pay back) BUT they weren’t going to cement my cap back on UNLESS I PAID 300 dollars(they do payment plans) for my visit up front and in FULL and wouldn’t let me do a payment plan bc they claim I owed 500 dollars but I only owed 10 to the debt company!!! They would not budge on this! I was in tears bc he was willing to let me walk around with a hole in my mouth. Disgusted by how I was treated. And now just recently as we speak the crown fell out AGAIN!! A second time when it shouldn’t have fallen out at all!! Will never come back DO NOT SEE DOCTOR CHOI!!!

  I would definitely not recommend them to anyone .. I had teeth removed couple of weeks ago and called to make a follow appointment and when I finally got one I went in.. then they tried to charge me $650 for my partial dentures trying to say the insurance handset approved me yet .. shouldn’t they have told me that on the phone when I made the appointment?? Instead that made me go in to hit my insurance and get me to pay out of pocket ... the staff is very rude and not professional in explaining procedures ... I will not be going back there for anything ... called my insurance they told me they have never received any referral from them hmm 🤔...

  My search for the perfect dentist is over.I am truly impressed with all the staff at Q smiles dental.I have always been extremely apprehensive when it comes to dentists.Lets face it there are many dentists out there that leave much to be desired.Dr.Choi was both professional and thorough explaining all of my dental needs as well as being a likable guy.It was was a totally pain and stress free experience for me.I will be going back every six months from here on out.Thank you Q smiles dental!

  I tried calling Q Smiles to become a new patient over the course of 3 days, each time I called a lady answered and abruptly put me on hold and never came back. I thought at first they were just really busy, but today when I called as the office was just opening I realized that the receptionist is just very rude.

  Went to this Dentist and have to say was not impressed, the staff was ok the dentist was not professional. They took an x-ray of me teeth and he walked in barely spoke to me and then walked out and left me in the chair for at least 15 min. I could hear him in the other room not doing anything, I decided to get out of the chair and was going to leave when his assistant came in the room. I told her that it was very rude the dentist came in and barely spoke to me and then just left me in the chair. She looked disgusted and as if he has a habit of doing that and she went and retrieved him. He walked into the room as if he had no quams with leaving me in the chair for 15 min while he went in the other room and doodled his fingers. I WILL NOT go back there.
