  My first experience getting acrylic nails at this nail salon ended in a disaster. I went to get my nails done for prom and we all know that’s a very special event for a girl. About the third day of having the acrylic on, it seemed that they were already detaching from the bottom of the nail. Usually when I get acrylic they last for a while but these nails lasted for a total of 9 days. I went back to the nail salon and the owner told me that they could take the nails off but with an extra charge of $15. She also said that she could not give me the service for free and only offered a discount on the $15 because “the workers don’t work for free”. Personally I think she doesn’t know how to deal with customers properly and doesn’t accommodate her clients. She doesn’t care about losing customers either. Use this as a future reference if this ever happens to you.

  Esté lugar es bonito y las empleadas son bien amables ecepto la dueña, mi hija se hizo las uñas y a los 9 días las uñas estaban dañadas y pago $62 por algo que no sirve ,cuando hable con la dueña ella sólo dijo que están usando un producto nuevo y no puede saber si es bueno o no inccreíble!! Le pedí ala dueña si puede al menos quitarle el gel que tiene la uña y ella dijo que si pero tengo que pagar porque las empleadas no trabajan Free ,ella párese otra empleada hablando de esa manera .No le importa el cliente ,mi sugerencia debe regresar ala escuela y estudiar para tratar con los clientes ,una experiencia muy desagradable y es bien caro ..

  Never had a problem with any nail salon ever and this is my first time writing a review. Bottom line I have a problem with the boss of this establishment. A 45 min job ended up taking 2 hours, had to have the gel taken off because it didn’t dry properly(how that happens I have no idea) and I was very professional and respectful when talking to her but she however wasn’t too respectful. Customer service is how you get/keep your customers and I am so dissatisfied I will never step foot here again and will never recommend. Not worth it

  Very clean and attentive. Was happy with my refills and pedi. Shea butter pedi is a must !

  I had a great experience here, best nail salon in Cliffside Park that I’ve been too. Not just the quality of my nails but also the service, they went above and beyond. It’s super clean and cozy, they definitely have a frequent customer from now on.
