  The pizza was very very delicious, the customer service as we walked in the door was garbage! We were asked for our Id's upon entry even though we were only dining in for pizza. Our waitress however was very attentive and sweet! After dealing with her I knew we were in good hands. I would have given this place a 5 but the greeter was rude!

  Great food, but customer service could have been better. We stopped here on a weeknight for date night. We were immediately prompted for IDs (both well over 21) before even being asked why we were there. We just wanted dinner, no alcohol. My dates ID was expired. The girl at the front just said "we don't accept expired IDs." We offered her other forms of ID such as a valid FOID card which has all the same info on it and matches the ID. She just said "We can't accept that." She never offered us any alternative to solve the issue. She could have offered to seat us in the dining area vs the bar or recommended ordering food to go, or even said we can seat you but not serve alcohol. If I had not spotted the takeout booth they would have lost a sale that night. We ordered our food and left. We drove by today and I suggested Pyramid for lunch, but my date reminded me his ID was expired so they did lose a sale. Again we weren't planning on drinking alcohol, just wanted some good pizza. We have not had a problem with the expired ID anywhere else... even from places that scan IDs like gas stations. Overall the food is good, but a rude conversation just left a bad taste for us and will impact our visits in the future.

  Everyone is very nice, but what makes me give this review is the bartender, Michelle. She was accommodating in allowing me to charge my phone, very pleasant and attentive. The turkey wrap was the best I've had in a long time. I'm not in the area often, but next time I am, I'll definitely grab another wrap.

  Believe it or not, we had Pyramid make all the food for our birthday party at home and it was hot and ready when we arrived to pick it up and wow everyone was so impressed that the food we served was from a sports bar! We love your home style cooking and great staff. Now that we have kids we don't get to come spend as much time here but glad we can still get your amazing pizza and pasta and huge Italian salads. Great prices Best sport bar in Addison Best pool hall in Addison Love y'all!

  You wouldn't think of going to a bar to get anything but mediocre food, but guys their food is AMAZING! Even my picky eater kids loved it and we had to fight over the left overs. It was really reasonable too. We didn't even get to enjoy the full place because we stopped in with the kids for a quick bite but we will definitely be back with friends for date night very soon! This place looks so fun for a night out. I can't wait to go back 😊
