  Overprice. Check online first because you can get it for about half the price off of Amazon or other online store. They will not take anything as a return even if you haven't opened it yet. Will not go back.

  Rude. I've been in IT for 15 years and this guy insulted me with every word that came out of his mouth. Also, kept trying to get me to buy more and more stuff that I ended up not needing. I didn't actually buy anything from him just because of his attitude. Here, the customer is NEVER right.

  After inheriting the business bookkeeping and a laptop, I learned that the computer had a rather vicious trojan. Years' worth of work would have been lost if not for Peter at Pyramid Computers. Pyramid is the first place I think of when I need computer help and they have always--without fail--delivered.
