  Horrible place. Most vacuums don’t work and there’s no signs indicating out of service. You find out after wasting money. Pleasant Valley car wash further up Rt 44 is much better.

  Jan. 2018 - UPDATE to review below: Owner did get in touch with me and had his site manager call me to arrange for a do-over at my convenience. Manager was apologetic and friendly. Apologies for delay in updating. Great service in the past. But last Friday night, I put an eight bucks for a basic wash and got nothing but the undercarriage. Phone number only gets a fax line. I want and expect a do-over!

  Every time I've tried to vacuum my car it never works. I can never know which machines work or not. Put $1.50 like it says nothing happens. I can see some stuck where "not good" ones would come back out can't get those. Right after I put about $2.50 in and nothing happened someone came put money in a different one and it worked. If ones aren't working they need out of order signs maybe? And there's NEVER any employees here so I'm out money once again. No wonder this place is for sale it's gone down hill over the past years, so many better places in the area. Hope someone buys and fixes this place up. Don't waste your money here.

  Each time I go to the Purple Parlor Car Wash, I receive wonderful service. I had my car detailed by Rich, and I swear my car looked like a brand new car! I've gone to other car washes and the cost of the detailing is always over $100 ... not here! It's reasonably priced for the amazing service. Thank you Purple Parlor! One disclaimer - sometimes the automatic washes give a small problem, but the owner is quick to help with a free wash! Excellent customer service!

  The place is very clean up-to-date with the using cash or debit card or credit card and I like the fact that they always put something uplifting outside on their billboard
