  Came up with a problem with my new vape pen. I had thrown away a blue plastic piece(probably any new person with no instructions on vaping would do so). If u throw away this blue piece you have to buy a new cartridge. Instead of having to buy a new pen or cartridge, they gave me one off of a damaged one. Instead of having me walk away a disgruntled customer. They made my day!

  This place is awesome I'd shopped at the head shed for a long time and I know they were doing good because they opened 2 more but when I went in to purple haze they had everything they head shed had in 3 stores in just one I was really impressed with there selection of glass pieces some of the best stuff I've seen they carry any brand of rolling paper you could imagine including shine rolling papers that come in either gold or silver you can buy single packs of 5 for around 20 dollars and for around 35 dollars you can buy a gift box that comes with 2 papers a lighter and a tube in a container with a straw to stuff your legal medical herbs into it with its pretty cool they also carry vape pens nicotine and other cbd stuff and probably a million other things I can't think of right now but the staff is very friendly and I HIGHLY recommend you check this place out even if it's not what you think your into you might learn something

  Outstanding store. Only qualm is that there is no clarification anywhere that the hours of operation are subject to change based on the flow of business on any given day. Then again, Google is wrong a lot. Awesome shop, awesome staff, awesome product variety.

  I went in the New Circle location and the lady that works there was very very helpful. I bought a vape and a set of scales and some other stuff came up to about 80 or $90. About 30 minutes later I realized I didn't need the scales so I took them back, with my receipt. The nice lady then told me that she could not return it even though I hadn't opened it and had only been gone about 30 minutes. I personally feel that is a really business practice and I'm very displeased about it. so if you go into Purple Haze and purchase something, realize that it is permanent, you cannot return it. Purple Haze has lost my patronage permanently. Thank you Allen
