  My experience was pleasant. I ordered Eco-Fin, and was emailed instructions in case I needed them which was a nice touch of customer service. My products arrived at the time outlined by the shipping I chose and my order was correct and in tact upon arrival. I like the convenience of ordering professional items from an internet store rather than having to go into a brick and mortar location.

  I was having some trouble getting my order to process so I used the online chat. The gentleman that answered was extremely helpful & kind. I regret that I don't remember his name. The product is exactly as described, shipped & arrived promptly & I am very satisfied. I do wish that the door opened to the side rather than like an oven. Condesation builds & drips when opened. Overall, very satisfied. Thank you! =)
