  Best workout ever. The trainers are excellent. They adjust each workout and weight to my strength and any issues (I have a bad shoulder). The results are incredible and the support and encouragement from the staff and fellow classmates is great!

  I started going to Pure Physique in 2010 to prep for my wedding and was so impressed with the results, I continued to go twice a week and still go to this day. I trained through 35 weeks of my pregnancy and got right back into it 5 weeks post pregnancy. Mike was able to alter my workout, and still give a good workout, despite my pregnancy limitations. Thanks to Mike and Pure Physique, I was able to shed the whole 30 lbs of pregnancy weight I gained in 9 weeks! Not only do they give a great workout, they are friendly and truly care about your results. One more than one occasion, I have sat down with someone to discuss my diet and how to get all the necessary nutrition and still shed weight. They are always willing to help answer any questions you might have. They are not looking to offer you a quick fix, and they are not just a "fad" work out, they show you how to change your lifestyle to become a healthier you. Four years later, the work outs are constantly changing, so that I never get bored or feel as though I am reaching a plateau. I would recommend any of the trainers at Pure Physique to men and women of all ages, looking for a time effective work out, with great results!

  I've been training with Mike for over a year. I have had other trainers in the past and he is by far the most knowledgable and the best at producing RESULTS! I've worked out for over 25 years, and at age 42, this is probably the best overall shape I've been in EVER! I was so satisfied with Mike and his staff that I referred my wife, who has had amazing results as well.
