  The Owner Wally comes across as a sweet caring business owner but once there is an issue he’s Dr Jekyll & Me Hyde. I was a Great customer #3 to be exact, all that changed when he destroyed the fur on my coat and never properly cleaned another. My items in the dead of winter was in his possession for over a month only to have the coats returned Dirty & Destoyed. STAY AWAY & BEWARE of the owners nice approach but the money you have a valid reason to be upset boom 💥 he’s someone else. Once I asked for my refund and the payment for my destroyed items he became belligerent and disrespectful which resulted in the law being called and my making a report. As of today court papers have been processed to recoup the lost monies for my destroyed coat!! All in All find ANOTHER cleaners there’s a Ton of them out there‼️
