  I can't say enough good things about Pure Barre Darien and recommend it to all of my friends! I joined Pure Barre in January to get ready for my wedding in September. It has been challenging but also a lot of fun. The instructors do a tremendous job of guiding and pushing you to get the most out of every class. The environment is very friendly and inviting. I have been very pleased with the results and have already extended my membership to August.

  I love this workout! I'm not usually an exercise class person but I LOVE this. Hardest workout I've ever done. I run quite a lot but this has made me realize my abs are SO weak. Pure Barre targets specific muscles and is very effective. Fun, friendly and a great workout.
