  Very bad place, brought my dog and they shaved her whole, not a single hair. And worst of all, she got an awful cut that got infected. I do not recommend this place at all.

  I gave it 4 stars because the place is clean and the staff are nice. I'm not an animal adopt fanatic who believes animals should only be adopted from local shelters. There is nothing wrong buying a puppy, these pups need a good home too, and lots of love! I took 1 Star off for location as I don't live close by, however I understand Miami rentals are expensive.

  I do not know where these negative feedbacks are coming from but I know one thing though, I am 100% it is coming from those people who have only focused on one bad experience . People forget to acknowledge that people begins businesses are simply human beings. Therefore nothing in the world is absolutely perfect. I have been a customer for years and have witnessed the owner take care of dogs that have been abandoned, dogs that have homeless men/women as owners, she has devoted her entire life for dogs and absolutely loves them . My dogs have been groomed there for years and the worker are impeccable. They work with love ! And no I am not family nor do I work for this business but there is one thing I do have in common with the people who work here is that I LOVE DOGS. I had one dog for 17 years and passed away and now I have two more who I take care of with my life. I'm a nurse so know much about hygiene and caring and so I can say that I wouldn't leave my dogs with just anyone . I trust this shop with my dogs because even though it is not perfect every time I go meaning it doesn't go the way my mind wants it to go does not mean the place is bad . Very good place !! Recommend
