  Was looking for a Wheaten Terrier puppy for a while. All the stores that I looked at on line had reviews that would give me chills. Horror story after horror story. Then I came across those guys. The reviews were surprisingly good. So we decided to give them a try. Was perfect customer service. Not pushy and very knowledgible. After a few days we found out that our Wheaten puppy had Canel Cough. Pretty comon in puppies. We called the store and Owner (Sean) told us to bring him back for treatment. We passed on that and decided to take him to our local vet. That was a big misstake. In the vets office they gave our dog wrong meds and Canel Cough quicly turned into pneumonia. So our dog ended up in ER. In panic I called Sean and he was more than happy to help. He told me to bring my puppy back and have their doctor tread him free of charge. And on top of that those guys went as far as helping me with medical bills from ER and bad veterinary. Those guys are the example of how people that care about their business should act. It was not their fault that I chose half brained Vet. They offered me to bring him back from treatment right away. Yet they were more than willing to help me. As my puppy was being treated I was recieving daily updates and videos of progress. Even now, weeks later the owner still calls me and checks on the doggy. I just don't see myself and the rest of my family and friends getting doggy from anyone else but Puppy Love.

  Clean place with open crates so the puppies have space to play. Great selection ! All the dogs looked happy and healthy. Owners and employees were all lovely and took the time to speak with you! Will go back and recommend to friends.

  We had an incredibly positive experience at Puppy Love. The staff was so helpful and answered all of our questions. We found our super lovable Mal-Shi, she is healthy, playful, sweet and everything we hoped for. Thank you to Puppy Love for providing us with superior service and great quality in their puppies. We are so in Love!!!

  Great experience, soo many great puppies! Taylor was super knowledgeable and patient. Took home a beautiful Havachon ! Someone mentioned it smelled like poop! Guess what they have 60 plus dogs and it's a fact they all poop! Someone was there cleaning constantly. Great place great people- they care- and puppies

  I literally just got back home after adopting a beautiful and healthy beagle that we decided to name Neil. Everything there was great especially from the owners. I'm only giving four out of five because the woman working cleanup told my husband she didn't speak English when we told her I golden retriever had a fresh solid twosie that needed to be cleaned up. I only tried to make it a priority because at the time there were quite a few people looking at the larger breeds and I didn't want that to effect anyone's choices. Thank you all so much for your time, patience, and service today! Our son now has a best friend to grow up with! ♥️
