  I have been here several times and it's always a great experience. The service is friendly, attentive and makes great recommendations. It's a huge restraunt so finding a table has never been an issue. They have bowling, darts, bags, and some of the best new pinball machines on the market. My personal recommendation would be the street tacos. Those things are legitimately dangerous and I could eat about 20, add on the Crybaby Craig's hotsauce and make that 30. Only issue I have is that it can get pretty loud depending on what kind of events or groups they have in. Nothing big and it's something you can expect from a popular place. P.S. Coffee is great and look at this cup!

  The food was GREAT! Our servers was very attentive and helped with an allergie at the table. It was refreshing to have knowledgeable staff.

  I love the idea of this place. The concept is a good one. I had fun playing games with my friends in such a cool space. But... I was unimpressed with their service. If you are going to have a huge bar/restaurant, either up your staff count or get organized. Our table had to constantly wait on drink refills, the food was super slow (mine came and was consumed before my friend’s even made it to the table), and they were running out of menu items while the night was young. I did not like the food that much. It was mediocre. Maybe next time they will have the menu item I want and then I can give it an accurate rating. I might come back in order to give them a second chance, but for now I would not recommend to my friends.

  Thank goodness for our waitress, Hannah. She was attentive and informative on drinks and food. The drinks were good but over-priced. The food was good as well but the menu selection is fairly small. Could not play any games at all..you know...the point of going there. Half the tables are "reserved" and all games are for big parties. Not kid-friendly. Service was great, food was good, activities are non-existent if you're not part of a booked party.

  I have been to Punch Bowl on two separate occasions. Both have been mediocre to bad. Simply put, the service is slow and somewhat inept, regardless of how busy it is (although no restaurant should be unprepared to be busy on a Saturday evening). While the food or drinks are not bad, they are middle of the road AND a dollar or two more than other, better run places. It is rather crowded, unnecessarily so in some areas, and most of the bar games cost money (bowling I would expect to pay for, but others, not so much). If you don't mind being crowded, paying more than necessary, and only want to have the hype of a 'cool new' spot, then I suppose it is the right choice. Yet there are other places that offer a better experience in a lower to same price range. Most of the people that go to Punch Bowl are the same types that go to Bar Louie in Uptown. If that is your crowd, than go forth and have fun, if not there are a ton of other options.
