::I've used Pulse Audio for alarms, auto start and tint. Junior has always been professional and knows his stuff. With my auto start when a snag popped up he worked late to get me on the road. I will continue to go see Junior for all my auto accessories. They are busy but that's because they are priced well below Best Buy and Car Toys and have excellent service. I recommend them.

::Took my car in for a tinting. Extremely fast turn around and good service. The only criticisms I think should be addressed are the cleanliness of the front office and to improve the professionalism over the phone. Other than that, these guys are great. I will continue to use them! **Update** The same day I posted this review, the owner called me personally thanking me for pointing out the condition of the office. He apologized for letting it get that way and admitted that it's something that they had gotten so used to they didn't even notice the problem but appreciated bringing it to their attention. He also asked any suggestions I would like to offer in order to make the customer experience better. This guy is a young man, and to call and take ownership like that was extremely impressive. A few hours after our phone call, he texted me a picture of his office. It was completely squared away! I am so impressed with this young man I am changing my review from 4 to 5 stars. Definitely give these guys your business, this type of character is a dying trait!
