  Not as customer oriented as they used to be. The pharmacy staff no longer happily greets. They are not as responsive. Very disappointed.

  So, don’t get me wrong Publix is great and this one is pretty clean.. On Tuesday I went in a got the Crunchy Tuna Salad roll from their Sushi area (it was around 6 pm) It didn’t taste bad, it actually was very good. Unfortunately later that evening (nothing else to eat) I started violently throwing up and having other stomach issues for at least 3-4 hours.. you could say I had a bad time.

  I have always had a great experience with every single employee here. Always on top of any medications that my family needs. Ask them any question even "over the counter" meds and they are beyond helpful. I am a customer for life!!!!!

  This has been the worst experience with pharmacy in the area. It took the 3 tries to figure out my husband's health insurance, blue cross blue shield. First they could not find it, next time wrote down all the info but when I came to pick it up were going to charge full price, I had to ask to look up insurance again and finally it worked out. And by the way you will need to sign up for when you can get flu shot for supposedly no-appointment-necessary...

  I love Publix Pharmacy on Kelly Road in Apex! The staff has always been helpful and courteous. Several of my doctors have commented on how effecient they are. Even after I moved to Cary, I stayed with them because I would never get the service any where else!
