  Very very supportive and caring staff. It is my fifth year in Highland falls and the Library people are just like my family. Last week I had to scan some documents and it was closing time. They restarted the scanning machine just for me. I am so grateful to them. I have no words to describe the helping nature of the staff. I always feel so nice when I go there. The Library building is very beautiful with its antique and classic touch and the book collection is amazing.

  By far the loudest library I have even been to. Yes, the staff is great and the selections are too but it is nosy. You might as well forget ever trying to do homework, read, or study in this place. It's not going to happen. AT ALL !

  This is such a great library, in a neat historic building, with a GREAT staff. If there's anything you need it can normally be brought in from another library pretty quickly. And the kids area is pretty wonderful! Love it.
