  Was with family member that was movimg in and was impressed with customer service. Lisa was very helpful.

  The prices are very reasonable at this location. The inside units are well- kept and temperature controlled. This is especially helpful in the blistering hot summer months (June - September.) Also, the manager here is very polite and helpful which is pretty rare out here in Vegas.

  The lady inside, I think her name was Lisa is absolutely amazing! I don't know what I would have done without her. She was so friendly and was great at doing her job! Thank you so much! I owe you a dinner 😉

  Held all our house items while relocating to another state. Staff was always nice and units were air conditioned and the first 2 months were discounted. The only complaint is they only have 1 cart for all to use but I guess that's our fault for not just buying one.

  This one is in 5050 W Charleston. I had a buyer for the product in my storage. Had lost my keys. Took them 2 months and 15 phone calls to unlock my unit. Asked for 2 months free storage. Called them many times but they dont respond. I will change storage place but I would give them 0 star if i could. Mark is the main manager. Complete jerk.
