  Kennecia is very sweet, kind, and helpful. I would highly recommend coming to this Public Storage. I received great customer service and I am highly satisfied with my storage unit.

  Public Storage is lucky to have Ms. Johnson. I deal with other storage facilities where the manager is not as informed or pleasant as she is. She always returns calls quickly and provides assistance as needed. If you're looking for a storage unit downtown Memphis, don't hesitate to call her. She makes you feel like you're talking to a friend and not just a customer!

  I must say this was the best customer service ever! I really appreciate everything. It was very clean, spacious, quiet ,very friendly staff (Bernice Johnson)...and a perfect location! I’ve been trying to find the perfect storage and I just feel so safe and secured there with the help of Mrs.Bernice! Thanks so much for everything!!

  I love this location, I normally deal with Miss Bernice, and she always gives great service. Calls to make sure I'll be on time for my storage bill and everything. It only gets better because the units are extra clean and spacious.
