  The facility is clean, secure, and well staffed. The process of obtaining the unit and setting a move out date were seamless. The only minor minor issues were that I couldn’t open or close the lock by myself without a friend pushing the door in for more slack on the latch, and that the operating hours were difficult for me to access the unit during the week, but all the pros of cleanliness, security, and professionalism outweigh those minor things. Autopay was also easy to set up and terminate online or in office.

  Just had an awesome day even though I hate packing. Pamela made it easy and was a really big help. & Thankfully they have carts.

  Had this special expandable box to pack my 47" flat screen and my two paintings. I bought 2 just in time for my move. Thank you Pamela for your help, highly recommended!

  This Storage is very secure and has good stuff. Pamela left her message in my voice one day that she noticed that I didn't lock my unit properly. It was so kindness and great service. When I came back down the office she was very nice and show me how to lock it. Fortunately all my stuff were safe. Very clean and friendly staff. I most recommend this storage!

  My mom and I have shared a unit at this Public Storage location for 10 years, and we've always been very happy with the service we've received. (Also, the facility itself is safe and secure -- I never feel uncomfortable going on my own.) But she is moving at the end of the month and so my husband and I needed to make other arrangements. When we went into the facility this past Friday, we weren't planning to sign a lease of our own. Then we met Chris B. He was so patient with us and was able to answer all of our questions and more. We ended up getting another medium-sized unit. Thanks, Chris!
