  Michael was such a joy to work with in having a unit rented, however, one of the policies that they require was a bit confusing. During my research of the facility and even going through the contract to rent the space, Michael informed me that purchasing their insurance was a requirement for renting a storage unit. This was in complete contradiction to the information packets, to the insurance brochures in the store, and in complete contradiction to the contract itself which was clear that a person renting the unit was not required to purchase their insurance in order to rent the unit. While the pricing is very competitive, the policy that Michael informed me which Public Storage has regarding insurance is very misleading and deceptive. I think this also puts Michael as the manager in a precarious position, being required by PS to not rent units, in complete direct conflict with the way documentation and contractually binding documents are written. I think either the policies need to change, or the documentation needs to be corrected to reflect the current policy. - If either of these would be done, then I could easily give the facility 4 to 5 stars. But this deceptive policy should be consistent with the legal documentation.

  Michael at this Public Storage was terrific! He made the check-in process quick and easy and was able to help me choose the right size unit for our needs. He was great to work with, and I highly recommend this property. The unit and premises were clean and the access is very easy.

  Michael has been the most helpful employee I have experienced at PS. He never fails to greet me with warmth and honesty. His competency is unquestioned. Thank you Michael for all your help.

  My Public Storage space is in Spring, but I now live close to here so this is where I pay my rent. I had recently learned that I could pay my Public Storage bill at any Public Storage facility in the country, or on line of course, and I had passed this place while driving, remembering my rent was due so I stopped in and met Michael. I paid my bill and discussed the possibility of moving into this facility. Michael and I spoke for quite a while about many things, he is so kind and worldly I wished I didn't have to leave. He showed me around, I saw that this facility is spotless, seriously, it is the cleanest place I have seen and a rather unique design that makes it safer and easier to monitor. I know I would never have to worry about my stuff here. I will consider moving to this facility but I am a collector (pack-rat) and have so much to move it scares me. I certainly do recommend this place.

  Wonderful, clean facility. This location(08491) has one staff number that I can honestly say is the true definition of a amazing employee! Micheal, is always at work, very polite, and knows just how to relate to a customer. Micheal takes his work to heart and you will never be disappointed when he is handling anything you need. He even makes courtesy calls to update you with any changes on your account. Your amazing Micheal! Thanks for all your help! 🙌🏾👐🏾
