  Michael, the property manager, has been a great asset for Public Storage. He is Very! Professional! Hard Working, & very courteous!

  I have been a customer here for several months the staff are all Pleasant and the resident manager Mike is very helpful and understanding the only problem I have is that there is only elevator access to the basement storage area it would be nice if the staircase were made accessible to the basement for quick trips in and out when you don't need the elevator other than that I would recommend this facility to others and plan to be a customer here for sometime in the future as I have never had a problem with security or the safety of my belongings

  Mike the storage manager is an outstanding professional. He walked me through the facility and help me find the right storage unit. Mike is very courteous and cares about his clients.

  Great staff, Horrible Access Hours. The people that work here are wonderfully helpful and friendly. The facility had the best prices in the city. The storage units could use a light or at least an outlet for one but that it not always a concern. The access hours are horrible. The gate is only open from 9:30 6:00. That makes it difficult, if not impossible, to go before or after work usually. Being able to only go on weekends was a complete deal breaker for me. Otherwise this is the best storage place I have ever dealt with.
