::Nice people working at this location. Really like the service, they should be open 24 hours a day. But whatever. They lose a star for that. Edit: since originally writing my post about this establishment, they have scaled back their hours, their employees have become more disgruntled, and less helpful. And I'm pretty sure there is people living in the hallsways as well as other customers telling me their lockers have been broken into. This place fails at a level that is outstanding for a business operating on Capitol Hill. Their "theater security" is just that, nothing more. If you plan on keeping valuables here, insure they are heavily protected, because this place is much like a fully functional ghetto. Nothing is safe, nor secure. SMH 🤔

::I was here helping a friend put some things into their storage unit. Plenty of parking and was surprised how many spaces they have since it's right in the heart of Cap Hill. The place was clean and looks well kept. I would use this location if I had storage needs and lived in that area of town.

::Big shout out to Cody the manager at this location. Me and my husband have had a storage unit here for about a year now. If you want exceptional customer service this is the place to go. Cody is always polite and professional when it comes to customer service! He really goes above and beyond for his clients. I have already recommended a couple friends to rent at this location. We only were suppose to have the space for a few months but his service and dedication to his customers has probably kept me here longer than I intended. Thanks again Cody!
