  The ppl are very nice and PROFESSIONAL. The only thing I dislike about their service if u get a storage on the inside. You pretty much have to work night shifts are 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm. If not when they close u dont have access to the storage. Which is such a inconvenience it's like I have to carefully plan when I'm going to my storage. Other than that I have no complaints. So for this reason I'm only giving them 3 stars.

  Brad was awesome... I came very last minute... he found a way for me to get my stuff and gave me a 24hour.... I was very stressed out and made everything better.... wonderful customer service. Will recommend to anyone

  Tried to scam us out if a lock by changing all the doors (which btw look much easier to get into than the previous doors) said they would replace the lock they cut off but we had to buy a new one first.. Bought the new one and they tried not giving me a replacement lock. My mother finally got them to give her one. Rent has gone up with no reason which I think is ridiculous - especially considering they have cut the access hours drastically. Used to be 6 am to 9pm and now it's 9 am to 6 pm... Anyone who works a regular job knows its impossible to put anything in storage during these hours! But they still charge the same rates. I would recommend going somewhere else just for the hours alone. Not to mention that they will not allow you to use their dumpsters for anything at all. Seriously? Wish I had never gotten storage at this place. Worst storage facility I've ever had. If I could give them zero stars I would. .

  not awful, but not great. the units are fine and the price is decent, but the customer service side leaves a lot to be desired. they never answer the phone, they're always out of the office when you need something, they're gone much longer than the sign on the door ever indicates. I had to wait 40 minutes for someone once, it's a little ridiculous. also they don't honor their word. I was guaranteed a price and then the unit they were going to give me was still occupied by a previous tenant. they said to come back in two days and they would give me the original price. I did. they didn't. so I took my business elsewhere.

  The storage was adequate. The staff would not allow my husband to use the restroom...that was inconvenient to say the least. Probably won't use them again. They also close too early (6:00pm)!!! User friendly...not so much.
