  Lory Gracia at this location was fantastic! She listened to my needs and helped me in a tough situation. Great place to use for storage! Friendly, clean, with good prices! I highly recommend!! :)

  Lori was amazing and made the storage process a breeze. Facilities look to be in good condition. Will update at a later date. Update: I hate to say it but my sofa got infested by roaches and I saw rat droppings in my unit.

  Lory was extremely helpful! I called earlier before stopping by to ask a few questions and she informed me with everything I needed to know. Anyone can tell she is a wonderful employee!

  Highly professional establishment and reasonably priced. The employees here are very straight forward, no grey areas when discussing details. Also, everyone is very friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend doing business with Public Storage on Austin Highway.

  Lory was very friendly and helpful in getting my storage unit set-up. Explained everything in detail and ensured I had the right unit for what I needed to store. Would recommend this place for your storage needs.
