::The parking spaces are occupied by the branch manager, employees and vendors. When I asked about the lack of parking spots the teller replied, “do you want me to spend my time monitoring the parking lot or taking care of your transactions?”. The branch manager’s car in the parking lot is a LYFT car. It’s a sign that PSCU doesn’t treat their employees well or compensate them well. Forcing them to moonlight. I used to like PSCU. Have been a customer going on four years. Something has changed in the past year. Huge employee turnover, new website lost much of it’s previous functionality, credit scores no longer provided online, call center constantly backed up and calls routed to a non PSCU overflow call center that is unable to log into accounts. Change feels like an impossibility in this dysfunctional financial institution.

::The folks that work here are always informed, polite, and quick. The new manager, Jessica Reynolds, is phenomenal. I've never felt compelled to write a review before but I thought people should know she is 100% about the member and doing what's right for you. She wasn't afraid to say when she didn't know the answer and promptly and efficiently reached out for help. Exceptionally business- minded and task-oriented, but never impersonal or unfriendly. Her personal ethics drove her to accept a lower paying position at PSCU over a much higher offer at a we'll- established bank because she didn't want to go home every night knowing the customers were screwed over for the bottom line. Bravo, Ms. Reynolds. Let's hope PSCU sees this review and bumps your salary up to what you deserve. This type of integrity should be rewarded, as it's the concern for the little guy that's missing in business today and is the reason I will stay with PSCU.

::Impossible to get ahold of anyone here. They outsource all their calls to a callcenter. I have a car on hold and have yet to recieve a call back regarding this loan. Absolutely horrible.

::I opened a business account here as I've heard great things about credit unions.. Possibly a bad Idea with this particular branch as I arrived today on the 2nd of January to start my transition for the year. Only one employee showed up today and a line of 10 customers sit in line and unable to withdraw they're own money because the one employee that did show up doesn't have the key to the vault. Hoping that this was an isolated incident and the customer service is better moving forward. 2/1/17 Update... Very happy with this bank a d no issues to date.
